Wow, it has been a long time in the making. Finally, we are getting close to breaking grounds. Just waiting for our building permit now.
Once finished, it will be a nice 3 unit apartment homes for larger families with plenty of storage. With abundance of small 1 and 2 bedroom apartments being built, we decided to target the larger families with bigger sq ft. and min. 4 bedrooms. Just 20 minute commute to Seattle Downtown, and competitive rental rates, we expect strong demand for leasing these units out once complete. Our exit strategy will be to refinance these units and keep them in the rental portfolio or we can sell after units have been rented for a profit.
