Another home in Everett we purchased from a neighbor. The seller was looking to relocate, and we negotiated on a price th at worked for both parties. We were able to finish the project and had it sold in 4 months. Thanks to our GC and subs for another successful project

Highland Park – Sold!

Another successful project sold. A light rehab project that we added value by building a detached 2 car garage, and a full cosmetic remodel. Custom made black steel stair railing really added a nice feel to the house.

Renton May Valley – Sold!
