Today, we were able to return all the capital investment back to our investors. Just a little over 3 years, we were able to successfully finalize our cash out refinance for our investors. The beauty of syndication investment is that even after our investors get their original investment returned back to them, they still own a percentage of the property. They will continue to receive the quarterly distributions and also the profits at the time of sale.
