About Us

Steve Baik is the CEO and founder of Bexco Capital, a real estate investment firm with a proven track record of success. Steve currently resides in Bellevue, WA with his son Leon and his dog Roni, a small Boston Terrier. Steve has been a licensed real estate broker in Washington state with over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. Steve has personally transacted over $55 million in property deals, both for himself and for his subsidiary companies. His strategic leadership and hands-on approach have been key to the growth of Bexco Capital. Before transitioning to real estate, Steve proudly served in the U.S. Army for six years as a quartermaster sergeant in a transportation division based in Tacoma, Washington, bringing the discipline, and leadership to Bexco Capital. Steve graduated from the University of Washington Foster school of Business in 2005 with focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Even after college, to further his studies and deepen his knowledge in investments, Steve enrolled in Wharton’s Private Equity Certificate Program and graduated from the course in 2024.
